Utility Warehouse (UW), one the UK’s leading utility supplier, has appointed Talent Management specialists Let’s Talk Talent to support the redesign of their assessment and selection process for its award-winning Customer Services function.
LTT is tasked with supporting FTSE 250 listed UW objectively define the competencies needed for high performance both now and in the future for front-line Customer Services colleagues.
Let’s Talk Talent brings its experience in strategic and creative talent solutions to help UW’s People and Culture team make smarter recruitment decisions. The partnership will include competency framework creation, development of bespoke assessment and selection tools, communication and line manager training and measurement of effectiveness.
