At Let’s Talk Talent we’ve developed a series of workshops aimed at improving communication and other key skills for managers and teams within your organisation.
We offer a range of solutions that are broadly split into the following models of delivery.
- Sprints (In depth blended learning, can be delivered intensively or over a longer period, coaching sessions for each individual is also included)
- Bootcamps (4x weekly workshops delivered over a month timespan)
- Workshops (Individual Workshops on a range of topics)
Sprints are the quickest way to bring your people up to speed in specific focus areas. We have designed sprints to be an intensive and deep learning experience.
They include elements of blended learning, coaching as well as more traditional series of workshops.
Bootcamps are a series of workshops with the same group of people inteded to upskill and develop a peer group of similarly skilled people within your business.
To embed the learning further we highly recommend the addition of individual coaching sessions.

Workshops start at £600 for 10 people
All of these can be virtual delivery or face to face and offer different levels of engagement and learning for participants.
