In short, think of your career development resources as a shopping experience: would you say you are like Amazon, with your employees having the ability to quickly find what they need? Or are you more like a charity shop, where everything is kind of on display all at once? Categorising the pathways available for each broad role type will ensure your talent pool is clear on how to unlock their full potential. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
