Let’s Talk Talent HR Mentoring Scheme (Cohort #2)

We invite you to join our upcoming mentoring programme as an LTT mentor or enrol as a mentee.

At Let’s Talk Talent, we believe that everyone has talent, especially when given the right conditions, support and guidance. 

As we are approaching uncertain times ahead and will all be navigating the impact of COVID-19, supporting each other has never been more important.

That’s why we are proud to announce the launch of our second Mentoring Cohort aimed at HR future leaders this coming April 2020.

I started working the LTT mentor programme when I was at a turning point in my career. I had been working at the same company for 5 years since joining as a Grad Trainee and was unsure of where I wanted to go next. Working with my mentor really helped me in a number of ways:

– Helped me to clarify what it is that is really important to me in a job and the type of workplace cultures that would fit in best with that

– Improved my confidence to perform better at interview by running through how to position/tell my story in the best way. Also gave me the confidence to be clear in salary negotiations, which gave me positive results!
