Josh Pereira-Lopes is Sales and Operations Intern at Let’s Talk Talent, on a nine-month placement as part of his Psychology of Sport and Exercise degree at Loughborough University. Josh is used to thinking about performance, behaviour and what drives people to perform at their best in sport, and he applies that thinking to business operations and talent work.

Day to day, Josh works across the full lifecycle of Let’s Talk Talent’s work, from business development and client proposals to operations, project coordination and delivery. He has supported the delivery of a career development programme for a client with more than 10,000 employees.
