Joni manages the end-to-end delivery of learning, leadership and organisational development projects, bringing together the right stakeholders to turn strategy into seamless delivery. Her strengths are project delivery, process design, stakeholder management and client experience, and she makes sure complex programmes are organised, commercially focused and easy to engage with.

Joni spends most of her time with her two daughters, outdoors or in the water. A qualified scuba instructor who previously lived in South Africa, she still dives whenever she can, as long as the water is warm. She loves cooking for family and friends, a barbecue whenever the weather allows, travelling, and following Bath Rugby and Formula 1.
