Jo Taylor is Founder and Managing Director of Let’s Talk Talent, the London-based talent and organisational design consultancy she launched in 2015. She has spent more than 30 years in HR and people leadership, starting her career at the BBC and going on to senior roles at HarperCollins UK, Channel 4 and Dentsu Aegis Network, and as Director of Talent and Resourcing at TalkTalk Group.

Her approach rests on one belief: everyone has potential, and it is an organisation’s job to unlock it.

Jo leads the consultancy and works directly with clients on HR strategy, careers and capability and performance management. She has led Let’s Talk Talent for over ten years, working with organisations including King’s College London, Liverpool FC, Nokia, Vodafone, Wagamama and Bupa.
