Learning and Development for Performance & Productivity
Learning and Development is about unlocking your people’s potential and turning good intentions into real performance. At Let’s Talk Talent, we help you design and deliver learning and development solutions that feel relevant, human, and brilliantly practical – for your people and your business.
From L&D strategy consultancy and programme design to Workshops, Coaching, and Bootcamps, we partner with HR and L&D leaders to build offerings that modern learners actually want to use – and that your stakeholders can see working.
Learning and Development Services
Every organisation is different, so our learning and development services are designed to be modular and blended. We start with your business context, your learners, and your ambitions, then build the right mix of Strategy, Workshops, Coaching, and Bootcamps to get you there.
Think of us as your L&D partner: we help you design the overall approach, deliver key elements, and equip your internal team to carry the torch long after the programme finishes.
Learning and Development Workshops
Our workshops are practical, high‑energy sessions for teams, managers and individuals that focus on skills and behaviours you can apply straight away. They are interactive rather than “death by PowerPoint”, with space for discussion, reflection and real scenarios from your organisation.
We can deliver one‑off sessions or build them into a series that creates momentum over time.
- Coaching and mentoring
- Leadership and management
- Communication
- Personal development
- Team performance
Workshops are ideal for new manager cohorts, teams going through change, culture or values rollouts, or when you want to equip groups with a common language and toolkit.
From £750 per session for up to 12 people.

Coaching for Learning and Development
Coaching is where Learning and Development gets personal. Our coaching programmes for individuals, managers, and teams help people make sense of their context, find their voice, and take bold, practical action. Sessions are focused and outcomes‑driven, giving your people space to reflect and the challenge to move forward.
Typical coaching focus areas:
- Career growth
- People manager mastery
- Female empowerment
- ED&I excellence
- Change leadership
We offer one‑to‑one coaching, group coaching, and wrap‑around coaching for programmes such as leadership development or talent pipelines.
From £250 per session.
Discover more about our approach on our coaching programmes page.
Learning and Development Bootcamps
Our Bootcamps bring a consistent cohort of colleagues together for a series of high‑energy, practical sessions that build capability quickly and create strong peer networks. They are perfect when you need a step‑change in skills or mindset across a defined group.
Each Bootcamp combines short, focused learning bursts with opportunities to practise, reflect, and apply ideas between sessions.
Examples include new-manager bootcamps, future-leader programmes, and high‑potential cohorts who need to get “ready now” for bigger roles.
You can add one‑to‑one coaching to embed learning and support individuals to translate new skills into confident action on the job.
From £3,000.

What is Learning and Development?
Learning and Development (L&D) is the way you give people the skills, will, and confidence to perform at their best today – and grow into the roles you’ll need tomorrow. It is the linchpin of your employee experience, linking performance to potential.
Rather than being “just about courses”, effective L&D combines a range of resources, experiences, and support, from on‑the‑job development and mentoring to formal training and digital content.
We like to think of L&D as an ecosystem. It includes the content you curate, the channels you use, the managers who coach and champion learning, and the culture that either encourages experimentation or shuts it down.
When that ecosystem works, people know what’s expected of them, where they are today, and what support is available to help them move forward in their careers with you. For a deeper dive into the fundamentals, you can explore our article on What Learning and Development is and Why it’s Important.
