Craig Howells is Sales and Operations Director at Let’s Talk Talent and part of the leadership team that has grown the consultancy over its 11-year journey. He has spent more than a decade in commercial roles in the HR sector, spanning business development, enterprise sales, commercial operations, customer experience, recruitment, account management and commercial leadership.

Craig combines a commercial mindset with a practical focus on helping people be the best they can be. A natural problem solver, he works closely with clients to shape practical solutions to their organisational challenges and deliver measurable impact.

Craig is responsible for commercial growth and operational performance, working across sales, client management, business operations, legal, finance and, from time to time, delivery.

He is usually involved from the very start of a project, helping organisations explore their challenges, identify the outcomes that matter most and turn their ambitions into clear, actionable solutions. His understanding of each client’s culture and objectives lets him match the right consultant to the right brief, so delivery meets the objectives and fits the organisation’s values.
