Learning at Work Week 2025 Resources from Let’s Talk Talent

Use Learning at Work Week 2025 to showcase your great work (and remember to develop yourself)
At Let’s Talk Talent, we think that Learning at Work Week is really important as an event that you can highlight and showcase the value you can add to your organisation.
We have built several resources to help you make the most of Learning at Work Week within your organisation, and during the week itself, to help you develop as HRs.
When is Learning at Work Week 2025?
Learning at Work Week 2025 will be on 12th – 18th May.
What is the Theme of Learning at Work Week 2025?
This year’s theme is ‘Get Connected’. The LaWW site itself says that this theme “Highlights the social aspect of lifelong learning at work with three aspects to consider:”
How can we connect people to learning experiences through building motivation and addressing barriers to engagement? What’s the importance of our work communities for supporting, inspiring and driving engagement with lifelong learning? And how, through connecting colleagues through learning across the organisation, we can build understanding, skills and knowledge, as well as create collaborative cultures and relationships that further support a lifelong learning culture?

Nowadays, most people use Google or Siri as their first port of call to learn new things and begin an educational journey. The problem with this is that it’s rarely a focused process; how can you as a HR leader beat the trend and provide your team with a Learning & Development strategy that is not only engaging and focused on their skill sets, but is future-proofed and ready to adapt to the changes in your industry and the wider world?
Spend some time with Jo & Sarah, and watch back on how they broke down structuring and building an L&D strategy that meets the needs of modern learners.
Mastering Influence – Practical Strategies For Personal Success – Learning At Work Week 2024
Are you having the impact you want to have in the workplace and positioning yourself as a leader outside of the org charts? With a bit of planning, thought, and understanding, you can show yourself to not only be a powerful and knowledgeable manager, but also as an empathetic and approachable leader that people will want to run through walls for.
