King’s College University London (King’s) has extended its partnership with Let’s Talk Talent (LTT) by choosing the boutique consultancy to provide a virtual Coach On Demand service during the Pandemic. The offering of up to two virtual coaching sessions at flexible times is open to all employees across the university.
Coach On Demand is aimed at providing easily accessible virtual support and guidance to over 8000 employees and is part of the OD’s teams strategy and plans to maintain access to timely development during this difficult period for everyone.
LTT’s Managing Director Jo Taylor said: “We love working with Lorraine and her OD team at King’s and I’m delighted that we’re able to expand our partnership. It’s wonderful to see King’s commitment to their colleagues and I feel very proud that we can help support their talent during a significant time of disruption, uncertainty and challenge.
