HR Strategy at Pentland Brands
The Challenge
The Director of Talent at Pentland Brands had recently inherited the role and needed to quickly align the team (and the wider business) to a strong talent strategy in a department where prior to this point, none not existed.
The Results
We supported her in devising a Group Talent and Engagement strategy for the team, wider business and senior stakeholders across 2016/17. In addition, we co-created a Talent team offsite over two days to help engage the team on the strategy moving forward, and to formalise a work plan and list of behaviours which the business and the team could hold themselves accountable to.
This strategy allowed us to:
Align a fragmented team.
Support the Talent Director in establishing her credibility for the role within the business.
Build a solid foundation for future success.
