Building Connections: Uniting Ideas, People, and Perspectives with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®” is a hands-on, immersive workshop exclusively designed for HR professionals. 

This 4-hour session will use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method to explore ways to strengthen workplace relationships, encourage innovation, and improve collaboration.

Participants will work together to:

  • Identify common challenges in creating connected workplaces.
  • Develop practical, real-world solutions to improve team dynamics and communication.
  • Share ideas and learn from other HR professionals in an engaging and creative environment.

Where will this workshop be held?

We will be holding the this LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop in a venue in Central London – once the venue has been finalised, this page will be updated, and any people already signed up will be notified directly.

This venue will be within walking distance, or a short Underground or bus ride, from Charing Cross, Waterloo, and Victoria train stations.

What you need to bring?

To make the most of this session, please bring:

  1. An open mind: Be ready to think creatively and explore new ways of addressing challenges.
  2. A specific challenge: Consider a workplace connection or collaboration issue you’d like to work on during the session.
  3. Notebook and pen: While the workshop is a largely hands-on experience, you may want to jot down ideas, insights, and action plans.

All LEGO® materials will be provided, so just bring yourself, your ideas and your inner child!

What is the format of the workshop?

In-person session, delivered by Yvette Janse van Rensburg from the Let’s Talk Talent team.

There will be a morning session and an afternoon session, each with 12 spaces available. Please specify if you have a preferred session to attend and we will do our best to accommodate you, but spaces will be allocated on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis.

What is the cost to attend the workshop?

Attending a half-day session of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, which includes networking and Q&A time, as well as refreshments such as tea, coffee, and biscuits, is priced at £48.00 per person.
