One of our favourite career coaching exercises is the Career Lifeline exercise. It’s a great tool for managers to use to drive a great career conversation.

This exercise will help you identify patterns and blockers in your career lifeline, or those of your team members, that will help you going forwards. This should align to your career maps and feed in to succession plans, too.
