We all talk about how driving a high performance culture is critical in meeting our business goals and ambitions right? But how does this work in a non for profit organisation? Do the same principles apply?
Our next HR roundtable on April 22nd at 9.30-11;00 where we are being joined by Andy Macdonald who is the Director of HR at Jisc who will be sharing his journey, and approach to building a high performing organisation and HR team.
Andy is going to lay bare what he has been doing in his role for the last 18 months: his vision, goals, lessons learned and his experience of how his HR teams role is changing at Jisc from leadership-to-followship. He will take us on a journey on how he is setting the foundations to ensure the business and his HR team drive high performance through the creation of an outstanding candidate and employee experience.
This promises to be a lively, highly interactive roundtable which is being run exclusively for our LTT family and friends.
