Culture, in a nutshell, can be described as, ‘how we do things around here’. It’s how the processes, systems, and structures operate, and how people interact when them and each other every day. When you think of culture in this way it takes the somewhat subjective nature of it out and allows you to think objectively about how you can influence and shape culture and therefore, how you can shape how people experience their workplace.
