PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AT WORLD REMIT
For this startup, we created a new process called My Check-In to support employees and help everyone understand how they contribute to the bigger picture at World Remit.
The quality of the conversations mattered more to the business than the process itself, so we set about designing My Check-In to provide clear functionality with optimised ease-of-use. Check-ins occur quarterly with a manager to discuss progress, priorities, development and provide feedback.
We designed a very light form to capture key points from these interactions, so that people could focus on having a really good conversation. Multimedia support materials were also available for everyone; curated via their own online channel which is accessible anytime, anywhere on mobile, tablet and desktop via My Learning Lab.
